Grocery shopping trips
The supermarket is the perfect place for nutrition education because it is where most nutrition decisions are made. A lot of "nutrition education" is marketing in disguise. I can show you how to distinguish between marketing and real nutrition. It's a wonderful opportunity to learn how to read labels, compare the nutrition value of a wide variety of products, and to explore new foods especially If you have food restrictions weather because of allergies, medical, religious, or personal reasons. A grocery shopping trip can be scheduled at a time that is mutually convenient to both of us and at the supermarket of your choice.
A one hour grocery shopping trip is $60.
Pantry Makeovers
A pantry makeover allows me to bring nutrition education to you.
A pantry makover is $60 for the first hour and $45 for each additional hour.
Health Coaching Services
I do health coaching by e-mail or phone. Health coaching provides individual support and education to assist you with the implementation of changes in your life that will improve your health for the long term. Please call me or e-mail me for more information on this service. In most cases, I can tailor this service to suit your needs.
